On Tuesday 28 January, 6 of our Year 2 children went to ICC to compete in a multi skills festival after school. The children competed in some challenging activities which required a lot of perseverance. The activities included balancing a tennis ball on a racket whilst they had to weave in and out of cones, throwing beans bags into hoops worth different points and invasion games against another school. The festival finished with relay races where the children were particularly impressive with their speed and stamina. Everyone worked together brilliantly and there was lots of cheering. All of their hard work paid off, as they came 2^nd out of 12 schools! It was a fantastic event and a very impressive result. Well done Holly, Imogen, Natalie, Sam, Ted and Ollie.
