9 children from Year 5/6 took part in a tag rugby tournament at ICC. The team played so well together, winning all of their group matches to qualify for the final. In a tense final the team beat Ermington to win the trophy. Group Stage matches: Woodlands 3 - 2 The Erme, Woodlands 4 – 1 Yealmpton, Woodlands 5 - 2 Manor, Woodlands 3 - 1  Holbeton& Shaugh Prior. Final: Woodlands 1 – 0 Ermington.
